hey,
is this proper grammar? didnt he say “i think you very beautiful” dont you need to say "wo jue de ni “xie” fei chang piao liang"?
i dunt really know, would someone clarify?

also at the end the girl asks if she can open the present. and he responds by saying “dui” which i belive means “correct” but wouldnt it make more sense to say that she can? _

sorry im not very fluent in chinese and im sure hes right but if someone could explain:)

Hi, could you please explain what’s the meaning of “xie”?

It does not make sense if we put it before “fei chang piao liang”.
