Hi Benny, I’m Lee Kong, a newly registered user. I have a question that I would like to ask you. I was reading some Chinese news article and I came across the following sentence:

据称事发地点在营地内的一集装箱附近，美军刑事调查部门已经用警戒线将此处圈住。

I don’t understand this phrase “警戒线将此处圈住”. Can you explain me what it means?
