Hi Benny, I have another question to ask. Take a look at the following sentence:
为了庆祝此事，五角大楼不惜重金，花900万美元为这个旅量身订造了新军服：迷彩上装上配有方便口袋，肘部还有护垫，带有粘扣的衣领能阻挡沙尘进入，由此可见，五角大楼对“斯瑞克”可谓是寄予厚望。
Can you explain me what does 量身订造了 means?
