I would like to ask- can i say wo3 xian4 zai4 zai4 xue2 xi2 instead of wo3 zheng4 zai4 xue2 xi2?

I am curious as to what you are trying to say? why not use 汉字。 i can think of numerous interpretations. if you are using 现在as a temporal adverb it could precede the personal pronoun. by xie2xi2 do you mean “to study”.
if by zai4 you mean 在 it usually preposes a locative phrase, whereas xie2xi2, if you mean ’to study", is a verb phrase.
why not 现在我正在学习
leaving out 正，在，呢 and 着 does occur but is not proper grammar. | |
