How would you say "once upon a midnight dreary.’ Because I think I might have the order wrong or didn’t use the right word.

I think “once upon a midnight dreary" could be translated as:
You3 yi1-tian1 chen2-men4 wu2-ye4 de shi2-hou4, but i could be wrong, Ask Benny he certainly will know the right translation.
