Hi jenny this one is not shy she is really talkative and i keep thinking if i say i like her she may refuse and then block my mobile number and email address. First, tell her what your feelings. It’s not the time to fear.
Second, if she refuses you directly, then you two can be just friends. If she keeps in silence but shows a little hesitation, you may go forward. Maybe you can have much more sweet stories with her. hehe~~~
Third, as chinese girls, we are more passive. So you can tell her first. She will not block your number and email. It’s not the chinese way.
