Benny,
If i wanted to say “what time do you close tonight?” would 今晚你们几点关闭 be ok?
Does 闭合 and 关闭 have same meaning?

闭合 is normally used in a formal and written situation for some professional terms.
For “shop closed” you should use “关门”
