Teach me these words and phrases, please! Are you ready?

I wan to know the evers.
What,when, who
-evers.

Whatever you want, I can do it.
Whenever you need me, I’ll be there for you.

Whoever becomes the president, we should still respect him or her.

I’m ready to do it.

Whenever there is a adj like ready, happy, sad,,,,etc. Can I just add a verb afterwards like in English.
I’m happy to help you?
