Whenever there is a adj like ready, happy, sad,,,,etc. Can I just add a verb afterwards like in English.

1. Whatever you want, I can do it = bù guǎn nǐ yào shén me, wǒ dōu kě yi zuò 
2. Whenever you need me. I’ll be there for you = Bù guǎn shén me shí hòu, wǒ dōu zhī chí nǐ 
3. Whoever becomes the president, we should still respect him/ her = bù guǎn shì shéi chéng wéi zǒng tǒng, wǒ men hái shì yīng gāi zūn zhòng tā 
4. I am ready to do it = wǒ zhǔn bèi hǎo le 
You can add a verb after an adjective
