You may use both of them since they have the same meaning in most cases.
But 你觉得怎么样 can also mean what is your opinion. E.g. when you go shopping and ask for your friend’s opinion on that bag you want to buy, then you can say “你觉得怎么样”-do I need to buy one? | |

你觉得怎么样 = what do you think?
你感觉怎么样 = How do you feel/ what are you feelings?
They have very subtle difference. They can be used both for emotions or feelings and ask for opinions
