你好benny? I heard some phrases from a Chinese friend but I can’t really make it out, could you help me?

Wo zhen de qu bu xiao le. It meant I’m stuff but I don’t know the characters and the tones. The other one was: chen si wo le or chen si le. It meant “stuff to death” or I’ve had too much food. Could you write the character for me and the pinyins?

Xie xie or thank you!
