What does 计论 and 感悟的三 means in the following sentence?
千年文化的沉淀，市西人不变的追求都凝聚在这四个字上。三年来，老师的教导，同学的鼓励，成为学生会主席时深深感到的那份责任，与同学交流计论中感悟的三雅，夜夜 在书桌前奋笔疾书的情景

This is a very formal and old way of writing in Chinese.
first of “三雅” is a kind of theory in that place. I am not so sure about it.
As for 交流计论, it means “communication and discussion” but this word has not been used very often.
