dear miss Word, time is passing and in lone week from now, I will fly to beijing. Last weeks, I was studying a lot, but it is not enough!!!
My question is the following. chinese restaurants here have adapted their meals to the italian taste. but in china last time I did not found what here I love in italian chinese restaurants.
Please could you traslate to me how to say in hanyu the following:
1) spring roll
2) sweet and sour pork
3) chantonese rise
4) soy noodles
5) fried rice
6) Deep Fried Pork in Spicy Salt

By the way will I find this stuff in beijing?
would you find interesting a microclass on how to order at restaurant?

Ni hao!

chun juan = spring roll;
gu lao rou= sweer and sour pork;
chao fan= fried rice;
jiao yan pai tiao= deep fried pork in Spicy Salt;
zha jiang mian=soy noodles ( Please provide more details,and it should be confirmed)

But, I don’t know what is “chantonese rice” ? Can you also describe it?

I think you can have these dishes in BJ, but need to find a Cantonese or Hong Kong restaurant.
