I want to ask 3 questions:

1) Can 混hùn be used as standalone word instead of using hùn hé?

2) What are the functions of 起来qǐ lai and 下来xia lai after an action word? Like for example, zuò qǐ lai/xia lai. Are the 2 words implying the same meaning?
3) If gēn zhé means ‘follow’ then what does gen zhù mean? I did heard ppl say that.
