Well, If your buddy is a native Chinese speaker, I think maybe it’s a typing mistake,
I think should be “nín rén zài ná lǐ” or “nín zài ná lǐ”, means “Where are you?”.

Hi Nigel,

nín zài nǎ li = Where are you

But “ren” doesn’t make sense in the sentence

Could you please double check?

Benny

你好

人您在哪里, 没有意思。 人是‘PEOPLE‘
您在哪里=’WHERE ARE YOU‘,但是用
荷兰话‘MENS, WAAR BEN JE (=人您在哪里)
有意思。荷兰人讨厌的时候用”M!“人
可能一个荷兰人翻译 MENS, WAAR BEN JE 成中文。

万事如意

In Dutch my language you can say ‘Mens waar ben je’
We use mens if we are anoyed. Perhaps a Dutch man translated
’mens waar ben je ’ directly into Chinese …

万事如意
