I would like to know how do I translate this to Chinese:

 | | | | Hi Nicholas, How are you? Hope everything goes well. Here is the translation: yīn wèi wǒ de xīgài(knee) shòu shāng(injured)le, suǒ yǐ, xià lóu de shí hòu(while decending the stairs),
 yào fú(hold) zhe lán gan(railing).
 Best wishes Joy | | |
