Here’s the context:
那么我们这边也准备了培训文档，是中文的培训文档，中英文的培训文档，但是现在没有发给大家，因为我们这个培训的目的是教会大家怎么把我们所熟知的流程在这个系统中使用，那在这个之后的话呢，我们会把这个培训文档发给大家，大家可以在进行阅读，然后自己在执行这个系统。

那在这个之后的话呢？ = So what’s happening next?
It should be “那在这个之后呢”?, the original sentence has a wrong structure.

我们会把这个培训文档发给大家 = we will send this training file to everybody
