我有一个问题，我不明白下面的句子
“将常被安旅在名为”
你们可以帮我翻译它？谢谢。
还有别的问题你们中国人有很多“AND”
比方说：.“和 、及 、 以及 、 而 、并且 、及其 、 载 …”
它的意思都是‘AND’还是它的意思不一样 。。。

Actually I am not quite sure about 安旅. I never seen this phrases before. The whole sentence means [sth] will be placed at a [location] named as __. Hope this helps. | |

而 = while…., （表示转折)
