do you like to dance while you are listening music?

Ni gan jue zenme yang shenme shi hou zai tiao wu?
what do you feel when you are dancing?

Shenme shi hou wo tiao wu TANGO wo bu gao xing he nan guo danshi(dang1) ru guo wo tiao wu BELLY DANCE wo gao xing he2 xing fen.
When I dance TANGO I feel unhappy and sad but(while) if I dance BELLY DANCE I fell good and excited.

or is better change the position of words and say:
