你也可以告诉我怎么用“了”？
普通话, 我们应该说：
我吃饭了。
可是我看到了一本书从台湾说：我吃了早饭
因为有两个词所以了在verb后面。不过有一个词了在object后面。例如：我吃饭了。
I’m lost or confused 是怎么说的？

You should say: 我看到他在你的墙上写字
The difference between those 2 sentences:
“我吃饭了” emphasizes the “status” that you are currently not hungry.
“我吃了饭” emphasizes the time that you just finished eating
