what does “zai” in “zai na li” mean???
na li means “where”? why do u sometimes use “zai”?

ni hao, “zài” means “to be at”, it’s a preposition and sometimes funtions as “to be”

For example, “zài nǎ li” means “where is”, “wǒ zài Shanghai” means I’m in Shanghai
