between 我会说葡萄牙语和英语。and 我可以说葡萄牙语和英语。?

会 is you get a skill after you have learned it.
可以 is more widely used ,coz it means “can” and"be able to" as well.
And even they have a same meaning"be able to". 会 the level is deeper than*可以*.
*会*maybe you are good at that.*可以*is only have a idea,but not very deep. | |
