To answer your question, in Chinese “My name is Jack”, we say “wo3 jiao4 jie2 ke4!”

I will also show you a traditional Chinese “tongue twister"

sì shì sì,shí shì shí.
four is four.ten is ten.
shí sì shì shí sì,sì shí shì sì shí.
fourteen is fourteen,forty is forty.
