Benny, do you give “Hong Bao” or do you get Hong bao from your parents? I heard that giving hong bao is a Chinese tradition

Traditionally red packets are handed out to younger generation by their parents, grand parents.
Unfortunately I can’t get “hong bao” anymore, because I have a job now. The only way for me to get “hong bao” is to become “jobless”, hehe:)
This CNY I gave my parents and my Granny, also my cousins”hong bao” this CNY. Big ones.
