wǒ yǒu jǐ ge wèn tí yào wèn nǐ.. zhēn bù hǎo yì si yòu zài má fan nǐ le

Today i overheard two sentences in which i am a bit confused over the usage of some words..The first sentence is:
nǐ de PS2 wèi shén me jiàng màn de?ér qiě tā de zhì liàng zhè me chà.

The second sentence is:
wǒ dāi huìr qù dìng xì piào. nǐ zǎo shang lái hái shi xià wǔ lái?

my questions are what does ‘jiàng’ and ‘dāi huìr’ here means? Also, what is the difference between zhè me/nà me and
hái shi/huò zhě since the pairs have meaning of ‘so’ and ‘or’ respectively?

Firstly, “jiàng” doesn’t make any sense, I think you heard it wrong, it’s probably “zhè yàng” which means “so or like this”, the sentence means “why is your PS2 so slow”?

Secondly “dāi huì er” means “later”, while "zhè me is used mainly for “you and I”, “nà me” is used mainly for “he, she or others” for example,

tā shì nà me de piào liàng = She is so beautiful!

nǐ shì zhè me de nián qīng = you’re so young!

Last, hái shì is used for asking a question and huò zhè is used for giving a statement,
For example,

nǐ xǐ huān Shanghai hái shì Beijing = Do you like Shanghai or Beijing

wǒ kě yi qù Shanghai, huò zhě wǒ yě kè yi qù Beijing = I can go to Shanghai, or I can also go to Beijing

Benny, firstly thanks for your reply. Your explanation really makes me much clearer now. however I still need to clarify something…

1) You mentioned that nà me is used mainly for ‘he’, ‘she’ etc so by referring to the first sentence, it shud be: ér qiě tā de zhì liàng nà me chà right? Btw, i heard someone said this before: tā zhè me gāo. I supposed that is wrong?

2) Since “dāi huì er” means “later”, can I say wǒ dāi huì er chī fàn instead of ’ děng yī xià/yī huìr as you had suggested in my previous post? Lastly, i can just say dāi huì/yī huì and omit the ‘er’ at the back right?
