how to say incoming call or outgoing call in chinese?i just wanna ask in china mobile office that-is international incoming call free for my mobile?

You can say in Chinese,
lái diàn/ dǎ jìn lái de diàn huà = incoming call
qù diàn/ dǎ chū qù de diàn huà = outgoing call
I think the international incoming call is free as long as you stay at where you bought your local number, for example if it is a Shanghai number, all the incoming calls including the oversea calls are free if you’re in Shanghai
