        benny/jenny, since ji3 dian3 means ‘what time’..
can i say ‘ji3 shi2’ for ‘when’ instead of shen2 me shi2 hou?
also, is this a correct sentence: wo3 yao4 kan4 ni3 you3 duo1 li4 hai (i want to see how good you are)

 | | | | Hi Henry, you can not use “ji dian” as “when”, it will confuse people, though some people can guess and understand you Also your sentence is correct, great! Benny

 | | | | Hello,Henry“ji3 shi2” has the same meaning as"when".But chinese people seldom say “ni3 ji3 shi2 lai2?”.We often say "ni shen me shi hou lai ". Chinese ancestors use “ji3 shi”,such as a poem by Su dongpo saying “ming2 yue4 ji3 shi2 you3” (When there will be a bright moon).
